Be human
Challenge ideas and compete hard without attacking people. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, dox, or encourage others to target someone. Hate speech or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
Protect privacy and consent
- Do not share another person's private information without permission.
- Do not post intimate images or sexual content involving another person without their clear consent.
- Never sexualize, exploit, groom, or endanger a minor. Apparent child sexual abuse material is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to deceive or harm.
Keep harmful content off GOJO
- No credible threats, promotion of violent wrongdoing, instructions for serious harm, or praise of extremist violence.
- No content promoting suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. Supportive discussion and recovery-oriented content are allowed, but urgent situations may be escalated for safety.
- No graphic violence shared to shock, celebrate harm, or target a person.
- No sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, sexual services, or other prohibited goods or activities.
Be authentic and fair
- No spam, scams, phishing, malware, fake engagement, coordinated manipulation, or deceptive links.
- Do not rig a GOJO, collude, use inside information, exploit bugs, or manipulate GO balances, rewards, or rankings.
- Label materially altered or AI-generated media when omission could meaningfully mislead people.
- Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, and other rights.
How enforcement works
Context matters. We may reduce distribution, add context, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or permanently close it. We consider severity, intent, harm, history, and whether a violation is part of coordinated abuse. Serious safety threats can lead to immediate action and referral to authorities.
You can report content or accounts from the relevant menu, block another user, and appeal eligible enforcement decisions. Misusing reports to harass someone is itself a violation.
