Age requirements
You must be at least 13 to use GOJO. We collect date of birth privately to apply age-appropriate protections. If we reasonably believe a user is under 13, we may restrict the account while we review it and will close it when required. Do not misstate your age or help someone bypass age protections.
Teen protections
GOJO may apply age-appropriate defaults, safety prompts, visibility settings, interaction limits, or feature eligibility to accounts for people ages 13–17. The protections that apply can depend on the feature, region, and applicable law, and GOJO may update them as its safety systems develop. We will describe a material restriction where the affected feature is offered. We do not publicly reveal a user's birth date or age band.
Prohibited conduct
- Child sexual abuse material, including real, altered, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
- Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, or attempts to move a minor into secret or unsafe communication.
- Sexualized comments about minors, requests for intimate images, or sharing a minor's private information for harmful purposes.
- Facilitating trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or dangerous challenges involving minors.
Reporting and response
Use the in-app report tools for accounts, content, and messages. You may also contact josh@gojonetwork.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. GOJO may preserve relevant evidence, remove content, restrict accounts, and report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other appropriate authorities as required by law.
